I acknowledge that by signing this contract, I am agreeing to be a part of Blackbird and Ivy's Continuing Ambassador Program for the months of October, November, and December. I understand that the goal of this Ambassador Program is to create more shareable content for social media, and that all photos taken of me during this contracted time may be used on various forms of social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. I understand that my images will also be used on the Blackbird and Ivy website. *

I acknowledge that one of my roles as a Blackbird Ambassador is to post and share my experiences with Blackbird and Ivy Photography. I agree to post images from my Ambassador sessions at least three times per month. I acknowledge that I must tag the photographer's professional and/or personal account when posting. I understand that this is one of the most vital parts of the Ambassador program. *

Help me grow my business! Posts can be made on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Posting more than the required amount is always encouraged and appreciated!

I acknowledge that all monthly sets will take place in Maryville. I understand the importance of punctuality during these contracted photoshoots and acknowledge that my allotted time per session will not be extended. I understand that only one reschedule date will be allowed if I miss an appointment. *

All ambassadors are responsible for their own travel costs.

I understand.

I acknowledge that I will get a first look at any upcoming concepts during my contracted three month time period, and that I might have the opportunity to model for additional sessions during my contracted time frame. *

If you are asked to model for sessions beyond the three contracted sessions, these would come at no cost to you. All Ambassador rules still apply.

I acknowledge that by signing this contract, I am agreeing to be photographed for some or all of the following genres: creative photography, boudoir photography, fine art photography, and outdoor photography. I agree to take part in the chosen genre and set assigned to each month. I acknowledge that sets are planned out in advance and that they are at the discretion of the photographer. I understand that there could be changes within the sets if needed. I understand that if I choose not to participate in a particular set or genre, I will forfeit that month's session with no financial compensation for the missed session. In the event that sickness or injury contributes to missing a session, I understand that I will be allowed one make-up date within the contracted time frame, but any additional rental fees acquired for a make-up session will be my responsibility as an Ambassador. *

I acknowledge that as a Continuing Blackbird Ambassador, I will receive one gallery per month that includes 6-8 fully edited images. I understand that the shooting time may vary from a ten minute session to a half hour session depending on the set or genre and the posing required. I acknowledge that I will be expected to bring my own wardrobe, and that hair and makeup are my responsibility as an Ambassador. *

PROFESSIONAL HAIR AND MAKEUP IS NOT REQUIRED. ANY SPECIFIC WARDROBE REQUESTS WILL BE WITHIN A REASONABLE BUDGET.

I understand.

I understand that the photographer is solely responsible for taking and editing my photos. I understand that editing is based on the photographer's style and creativity and may change across my galleries. I agree to not edit, filter, or alter my images in any way. I agree that I will not seek out other photographers or editors to edit my photos. I understand that if my photos are edited by anyone other than Blackbird and Ivy Photography, it is considered a breach of contract and I will be terminated immediately. I agree not to make any edits to my photos. *

I understand that during my contracted three months as a Continuing Ambassador, I will get a 25% discount on any additional sessions that I would like to schedule and any additional images I would like to purchase. *

Sessions vary between $150 for Holiday Mini Sessions all the way to $800 for Ultimate packages. Additional images run between $10 and $20 per image depending on genre. Ambassadors get 25% off of these prices. Events are not covered under this clause.

I understand.

I acknowledge that I am required to pay a Continuing Ambassador fee of $150 for the three month program. I understand that this breaks down to a monthly fee of $50. I understand that the Ambassador fee covers all rental, set, and labor fees and that I will not be asked to pay additional fees for the monthly sessions. I understand that all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. I acknowledge that if payments are not paid within the payment plan time frame, my galleries will be withheld and I will incur a late fee of $25 per week missed. If my payments are not received in a timely manner, the photographer reserves the right to terminate the ambassador's contract and ambassadorship. *
